Our buildings are sturdily constructed on 4"x 4" pressure treated skids with standard 2"x 4" framing 16" on center, 5/8" plywood flooring, 1/2" roof sheating, Dura-Temp T 1-11 siding, solid wood corner trim, adjustable braces on swinging doors, fully notched rafters and 25 year shingles.

Garage floor joists are 12" on center with 3/4" plywood floor standard.

Mini Barns include one window and one gable vent.  A-Frame, Highside Barn &Quaker Sheds include two windows and two gable vents. All buildings come with double doors and keyed locksets.  

Options include window and door upgrades, gable vents, ridge vents, shutters, ramps, insulation, lofts, cupolas, wood corner trim, flower boxes and pressure treated flooring.

We offer twelve standard paint colors (White, Barn Red, Dark Gray, Light Gray, Dark Brown, Chestnut Brown, Blue, Light Green, Hunter Green, Tan, Cream and Clay).

Standard shingle colors are Black, White, Dual Gray, Rainbow Green, Dual Brown, Earthtone Cedar and Weatherwood.

Door opening widths: 8' wide buildings have 4' double doors, 10' wide buildings have 5' double doors, 12' & 14' wide buildings have 6' wide double doors.

We offer four basic styles of buildings which are the Minibarn, Highside Barn, Quaker Shed, and A-Frame Shed as well as many custom styles.  Garages are available in A-Frame or Highside Barn style.

Garages include one overhead door, one 36" wood door, two gable vents and two 18x23 windows w/shutters.

We will install your building on your prepared and accessible site using specialized custom storage shed trailers built by Creek Hill Welding to precisely place the building on your site.

Definitions: prepared (level site, 4" gravel pad recommended)
                    Accessible (We must be able to access prepared site with truck and trailer.)

Site preparation is customer's responsibility.
